John Hogg is Managing Director at Enlighten and has almost twenty yearsʼ marketing and business development experience at senior level in various roles spanning the professional services market, banking and finance, law and telecomms industry.
Prior to forming Enlighten, John worked as the Director of Business Development for one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms. John also worked as a Senior Manager in Marketing for global accountancy and advisory firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
John has significant experience working in the Dublin market having spent four years as Director of Marketing & Business Development for leading Dublin Law firm, Mason Hayes+Curran.
He has a Business degree from the University of Ulster, during which time he was selected to participate in a six month placement in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Business Consulting, Institute of Bankers in Ireland and a former Chair of the Professional Services Forum in Ireland.

Charlotte Richardson is a Client Manager at Enlighten with seven years experience in both an in-house and agency capacity.
She has worked for some of Northern Ireland’s most well known brands including Victoria Square, Northern Bank, NIjobs.com and Premier Inn.
Charlotte first gained PR experience in the Media and Public Relations Department of a major public sector authority as part of her studies. After moving to London, Charlotte worked in Sales and Marketing for publishing firm IPC Media and then as a Press Officer for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development where she was involved in promoting national research, events, membership, training courses, professional publications and public policy agendas.
Prior to joining Enlighten Charlotte worked for another Belfast based PR agency for almost five years for both corporate and consumer clients.
Charlotte holds a BSc degree in Communication Studies from the University of Ulster and a Masters in Public Relations from the Dublin Institute of Technology. She is also an Associate member and Committee member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
